RETURN POLICY
At Dāso Beauty, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns:
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at dasobeauty.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Conditions for Returns:
Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items, or on any sale or clearance items.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the original payment method will be credited within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at dasobeauty.co@gmail.com.
